Announcing Our Chief of Staff – Kim Smith

Monica Motivates, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Smith as our Chief of Staff. Reporting directly to the CEO, Kim will support the day-to-day operations for the organization. Kim is responsible for the operational efficiency and growth of the core divisions of the organization.

Kim has spent the past 18 years in progressive leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Most recently, she served as the executive leader for a physician network within the prestigious Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Health family. Kim brings an exceptional background in strategic growth and development on a national scale, executive coaching, performance improvement, health system operations, capital project management and stakeholder engagement.

Outside of her career, she is a community advocate- serving as the immediate past Board Chair for the National Preeclampsia Foundation and member of the Executive Leadership Team for the AHA’s Heart Walk in Columbia, SC. Kim is also an author and sought out speaker.
